Hara Nariyal (Water Nariyal)

Hara Nariyal (also called Tender Coconut) is a young, green coconut harvested before it fully matures. It is widely consumed in tropical countries like India for its refreshing water and soft edible pulp (malai). It is a natural, healthy drink known for its cooling properties.
